Orders on

All our shipments are sent with PostNord from our warehouse in Denmark. The customer receives a tracking number once booked. Delivery within a requested time is not possible.

Once picked up at our warehouse GABIGAMEL cannot be held responsible for shipping delays or unforeseen events.

If PostNord cannot deliver at the stated address, the order is returned to GABIGAMEL at the customers expense.

Delivery time is only indicative as it may vary from country to country. In addition, GABIGAMEL reserves the right to delay any order due to payment validation checks.

Delivery time is usually 4-8 days in Denmark and 4-7 days within Europe. For orders outside EU delivery time may vary from 5-10 days.

All orders er including tax. For all other countries local charges such as import duties and/or sales tax may apply accordingly. These cost at the customers expense and we recommend our foreign customers to contact their local customs for more information about import rules.


Return Policy

At Gabi Gamel, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not completely happy with your order, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving it.

Please allow us 5 business days to review your return request. If you initiated a return before the 14-day policy, don't stress; we have received your email.

Keep in mind

  • You have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. We cannot accept returns beyond the 14-day window.
  • The garments must have tags attached; we do not accept returns otherwise.
  • Shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
  • Until we receive an item in our studio, it remains the customer’s responsibility.

How to Return

  • Include your order number (#xxxx) and the reason for the return.

Return Process

  • Once your return request is accepted, we will provide you with the return address. Please note that we only accept returns delivered directly to our studio.
  • You have 10 days from the accept of the return to send the package to our studio. If you do not meet this deadline, your return request will no longer be acceptable.


  • When the returned items are received and accepted, a refund will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.
  • Please be note that the originally incurred shipping cost will be deducted from the amount. 
  • Allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed.
