RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you're not completely happy with your order, Gabi Gamél accept returns with no later than 14 days of receiving it.
Please allow us 5 business days to review your return request. If you initiated a return before the 14-day policy, don't stress; we have received your email.
Keep in mind
You have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. We cannot accept returns beyond the 14-day window.
The item(s) should be returned new, unused and with all tags attached; we do not accept returns otherwise. Returns that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to you at your own expense.
You may try the item(s) without causing any sort of deterioration. If the item(s) are used in any other way than described in the above, we consider the item(s) as used and you will lose your right of return partly or completely.
Shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
Until we receive an item in our studio, it remains the customer’s responsibility.
How to Return
- Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 14 days from the delivery date.
- Include your order number (#xxxx) and the reason for the return.
- Once your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please note that we only accept returns with the label provided by us.
- You have 10 days from the creation of the return label to send the package to our studio. If you do not meet this deadline, your return request will no longer be acceptable.
- When the returned items are received and accepted, a refund will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.
- Please be note that the originally incurred shipping and returned shipping cost will be deducted from the amount.
- Allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed.
