Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be new, unused, and in original condition, with all tags attached and their original packaging intact. Items showing any signs of wear or use — including deodorant marks, odors, makeup, washing, alteration, or damage — will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer’s expense.
Items may only be tried on briefly. Any use beyond this is considered wear and may result in a partial or complete loss of refund due to diminished value.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we have made an error. In such cases, please contact us at orders@gabigamel.com to file a claim.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return request has been submitted through our return portal, you will be required to purchase a return label. The return shipping cost is 179 DKK / €20. All returns must be registered through our return portal in order to be processed.
Until we receive the returned item at our address, it remains the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
We do not offer exchanges. Please place a new order if you wish to purchase a different size, color, or style.

Process
Once your return request has been accepted, you will be able to purchase a return label through the portal. The return shipping cost is 179 DKK / €20.
Returns must be shipped within 14 days from the date your return request is accepted. If this deadline is not met, your return may no longer be accepted.
We only accept returns that have been registered through our return portal. Items remain the customer’s responsibility until received at our address.
Refunds
Once the returned items have been received and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. The return shipping cost of 179 DKK / €20 for the return label will not be refunded.
Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed.
Claims
All items are covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act, granting customers a 24-month right to file a complaint from the date of purchase. Complaints apply only to manufacturing defects and do not cover damage or wear caused by misuse, lack of care or maintenance, alterations, or normal wear and tear.
