 HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

All orders are shipped with either an Express Tracked and Signed or Tracked service and shipping times will be dependent on our delivery partner. To track your order, please use the information provided in your shipping confirmation email. Our delivery partner will also be in touch with you directly via email and text with the relevant tracking information.

From the point of order, we estimate your order will arrive within:

Denmark – within 2-4 business days. Express - within next business day delivery

Rest of EU – within 4-7 Business Days

Non EU  – within 4-8 Business Days

New York City – within 5 business days
Los Angeles – within 7 business days
Rest of US – within 5-10 Business Day

Asia Pacific – within 5-11 Business Day

WHERE DO WE SHIP?

We ship to all counties. We provide complimentary shipping above 2000 DKK to Denmark, including the Faroe Islands and Greenland. If we're unable to ship to your selected region, please contact us. 

WHAT DELIVERY PARTNER DO YOU WORK WITH?

We ship with Postnord, DAO, GLS, DHL Express and UPS Express.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Tracking information for your order can be found in your shipping confirmation email. You can view the status of your order and find the corresponding tracking number under the MY ORDERS section in ACCOUNT. Our delivery partner will also contact you directly via email and text with the relevant tracking information.

GENERAL

Once packed and shipped er cannot be held responsible for shipping delays or unforeseen events. If our delivery partner cannot deliver at the stated address, the order is returned to us at the customers expense. Delivery time is only indicative as it may vary from country to country. In addition, we reserves the right to delay any order due to payment validation checks.

All orders are including tax. For all other countries local charges such as import duties and/or sales tax may apply accordingly. These cost at the customers expense and we recommend our foreign customers to contact their local customs for more information about import rules.
